SmartMenu helps diners find dishes that fit their budget, group size, preferences, and restrictions—using your restaurant’s actual menu and verified information.

Scan or tap

Customers scan the table QR code or tap an NFC-enabled stand to open SmartMenu instantly on their phone. No app download. No account required.

Tell SmartMenu what you need

Customers can describe what they’re looking for in their own words. “Good for 4 under ₱1,000. Chicken and vegetables, no seafood.” They can also continue browsing the menu normally whenever they prefer.

Get best-fit recommendations

SmartMenu uses the customer’s request, your menu, availability, prices, and verified menu information to narrow down the strongest matches. Customers see a small number of relevant recommendations along with clear reasons why they fit.

Choose and show your server

Customers review the recommended dishes, adjust their selection, and see the estimated total. When they’re ready, they simply show their selection to the server and continue through your restaurant’s normal ordering and payment process. Your existing waiter and POS workflow stays the same.

No. SmartMenu helps customers decide what to order; it does not replace your existing POS, kitchen, payment, or waiter workflow. Customers can explore the menu, receive recommendations, and build their selection in SmartMenu. They then show their selection to the server and continue through your restaurant’s normal ordering process.
